Added showing stat changes

Stat changes made by the last action are now shown next to the stats, this should make the game much easier to understand and the listing of each characters action costs in the description unnecessary.

Message log added(use on screen buttons or press H or L to open, wheel or PgUp and PgDn to scroll and Ctrl+ Ctrl- to change font size). It probably won't fully log conversions of mana to stamina but nearly everything else it should.

Tried to add easy difficulty, adding "?diff=easy" to the url should enable it but it seems to not work now though I could have sworn I had it working earlier.

Button sounds, hover over feedback and icons that show what key to press to select a thing and they even adjust to which set of keys you are using.

Numpad keys can now be used, forgot that I needed to set them separately.

Fixed some issues with the camp again logic. High stamina used to prevent the option from happening.
